Elements · Integrative Health & Wellness Coaching

The Art of Balanced Living.

A holistic coaching practice for the mind, body, and spirit — guided through the four elements of a life in motion. Earth. Air. Fire. Water. Practised privately, at the pace of your own season.

01 — The Premise

Wellness is not a destination. It is an art.

You have read the books. You have seen the doctors. You have tried the app. And yet — something is still out of tune. Coaching is not a replacement for medicine or willpower. It is the instrument that tunes both to the person you are becoming.

At Elements, balance is not a pose held until you fall. It is a practice — daily, quiet, and entirely your own.

02 — The Four Elements

Four energies. One life.

The Elements framework weaves practical health coaching with the older language of the four elements. It maps cleanly onto Duke's integrative model — and reads a little more like the life you actually live.

FIG. A · Mandala of Balance · Emme Ramsey, 2026

“Coaching is applied behavioural science wearing the manners of a good conversation — and sometimes the clothes of a ritual.”

— Emme Ramsey · Elements HWC
03 — Three ways to practise

Private. Seasonal. Always yours.

Elements meets you in the shape your life actually takes — intimate and one-to-one, cohort-based around the turning seasons, or a quieter daily companionship by letter.

05 — About Emme

Smart enough for the science. Soft enough for the soul.

[Emme's origin paragraph, two to three sentences. Why she left her prior career. The person she was coaching before she was certified. The moment she noticed she was the one in the room holding the thread. Written in her voice — grounded, faintly wry, unhurried.]

[Second paragraph on methodology: the balance of behavioural science, integrative medicine, and — yes — the older languages of breath, fire, and flow. Ends on a line a prospective client might read aloud to their partner.]

What clients say later.

“Emme doesn't hand you a plan. She helps you remember the one you've been writing in pencil your whole life.”

08 — Plain questions

Before you write.

Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-looking and behavioural. It pairs well with therapy and with medical care — it replaces neither.
Do you take insurance?
The practice is self-pay. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds; invoices are itemised accordingly.
Is this a “woo” practice?
Evidence-based, with room for the mystical. Emme is Duke-trained and NBHWC board-certified. She also believes some of the oldest languages — breath, fire, flow — still tell the truth about bodies. The two are not at war here.
How do I know if I am a fit?
Book a thirty-minute discovery call. You leave knowing whether to work with Emme or not. There is no pressure and no follow-up if the answer is not.
What happens in the first week?
A structured intake, a review of your health history and goals, and a written one-page plan you keep. Week two is when the actual work begins.
09 — Begin

The next thirty minutes are on the house.

A private discovery call with Emme. No obligation, no sales choreography — a conversation to see whether the practice is right for you, and you for it.
